Our offer includes several options for flats in the city centre of Gdansk, tailored to different needs and preferences. These are comfortable places to live that will make you feel at home. All the flats for rent are in a prime location in the centre of Gdańsk, providing easy access to the rest of the city and allowing you to enjoy a variety of attractions and amenities.

A studio of approximately 25 m²: ideal for singles or couples. The flat consists of a bathroom and a multifunctional room which combines the functions of a living room, bedroom and kitchen. The studio is the perfect solution for those who appreciate comfort and functionality and for those who like to have everything at hand.

A 1-bedroom flat of approx. 30 m²: ideal for families with children or two people. The flat consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

3-bedroom flat of approx. 80 m²: perfect for families or a group of friends. The flat consists of three bedrooms with double beds, a kitchenette and two bathrooms.

 

LONG-TERM RENTAL OFFER INCLUDES:

• Accommodation in an excellent location in the center, well connected to the rest of the city,
• Cleaning service every 7 days (including bedclothes and towel change),
• Utilities (water, electricity, heating), 
• Wireless internet,
• Equipped kitchenette - kettle, hob, fridge, kitchen utensils,
• Complete set of bedclothes and towels, 

EXTRA CHARGE:

• Parking,
• Self-service laundry in the neighbouring building, 
• Breakfast in Special Price

The service is provided on the basis of an accommodation contract signed by both parties.

We issue a VAT invoice.
